Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what data RevealBaby processes, what it is used for and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood on the first read — if anything is unclear, just write to us.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Genki Cáceres, based in Spain. You can get in touch at any time at hola@itsgenki.com about anything related to your data.
2. What data is processed
It depends on what you use. The free scratch card stores no data on the server at all: the content travels inside the link itself, with no account and no email address. The TV Event does require an account, and in that case the following data is processed:
- The email address you log in with.
- The event data the organizer creates.
- The name each guest types when joining, visible only inside that event.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to provide the service you asked for, on the legal basis of performance of a contract. Data is never sold, there is no advertising and no profiling.
4. Cookies
Only technical cookies are used, the ones needed to keep your session and remember your language. Analytics are cookieless (Vercel Analytics) and there are no third-party cookies. That is why this site does not need to show a consent banner.
5. Service providers
The service relies on Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). Both act as data processors, under GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements and with appropriate safeguards for any international transfers that may occur.
6. Retention
Data linked to an account is kept for as long as the account exists. If you ask for it to be deleted, it is deleted.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time by writing to hola@itsgenki.com:
- Access to the data processed about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure of your data.
- Restriction of processing.
- Portability of your data.
- Objection to processing.
In addition, if you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), the competent supervisory authority.
8. Minors
The service is addressed to adults organizing an event. Guests provide no personal data beyond a display name.
