These terms govern the use of RevealBaby. By using the service you accept what is explained here.
1. Ownership
The service is owned by Genki Cáceres. RevealBaby is the name of the service, which is currently in beta.
2. What the service is
RevealBaby lets you run online gender reveals. There are two ways to use it: the free scratch card, which generates a link you can share, and the TV Event, which requires an account and syncs the reveal between the big screen and your guests' phones.
3. Beta stage
During the beta the service is free and provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability: there may be changes, interruptions or features that get removed. Events created during the beta are not charged.
4. Scratch card links
Free scratch card links are final and immutable: the content travels inside the link itself. If you change something and generate it again, you get a different link, and any link you already shared will keep working with the previous content.
5. Acceptable use
You may only publish content from your own event. Any unlawful or offensive use, or any use that infringes third-party rights, is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and its design belong to It's Genki. The content you create remains yours.
7. Liability and applicable law
Liability is limited to what is reasonable and permitted by law, without excluding what cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Spanish law and, if you are a consumer, the competent courts are those of your place of residence.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Any change is announced on the website itself, stating the date of the last update.
